SRS Informatika Kft. operates a ‘Call Center’ expanding its services in Hungary and the neighbouring countries. They are available 24 hours a day (24/7), 365 days a year.
– Preparation and installation of retail IT and other IT systems at the national level, involving partner services
– 0-24 hour telephone and on-site support of installed systems at the national level, involving partner services
– Repair of defective devices supplied by our partners in our own workshop or repair and administration in a manufacturer’s service centre
